In 2004 & again in 2006, then Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi railed against the Republican Party for their moral and ethical failures in Congress.  Barely three years after Pelosi became Speaker of the House her party is embroiled in multiple scandals of corruption, ethical violations, tax evasion, sexual harassment charges, and indictments for bribery by Democratic members of Congress.
